Card formatting problem

I don't often shoot to card but when I do I'm getting a random problem. I format and it says 'are you sure?' > I press OK > try to shoot and it says 'no media' > I go to format and do it all again and it works fine. Its a random problem and I can't identify it to one card. I have 4 Sandisk 4GB Extreme iv cards with H4D 50.

Try formatting the card in your computer first - MS-DOS is the correct format, I think
