H1 body locked up

One of my H1 bodies locked up on Saturday during a shoot.  It doesn't auto focus anymore.  You actually can't press the shutter anymore.

Aperture and shutter speed can still be changed as normal.

I assume I will need to send it to NJ for maintenance.  Does anybody have any idea what the problem could be and how much it would be too fix it?

I shoot with a P30+ digital back.  I resumed the shoot with a different body without any issues.
