Hasselblad Adjustment Input

Looking thru some older posts i noticed some phocus adjustments to which I downloaded. Firstly I can not find the post in question and secondly when I downloaded the link it had .adjp files in it.

Can someone please help me as to being able to decipher what the adjustments are and how to input them into phocus.
