I've been using the Wiebetech RTX-200QJ for awhile now, that's been terrific. Hot swappable 1TB's, for the same reason a Derek, but I'm also using a 6x Blu-ray drive as a redundant archive (in combination with the 1Tb's) that has been flawless with no coasters as yet.
