Does not show latest capture

Hi!

For some reason Phocus does not show the latest capture at all, it just jams on the last viewed file. Also manually viewing the latest capture is very slow. Could there be a setting wrong or something? I'm using H3D II 39, latest Phocus and on Mac osx 10.6. OSX is doing an back up on an external drive by Automator. I have noticed that this slows the operation down, but nothing like this before. Any advice? Thanks!
