A nice Hasselblad story...

I wrote this to their staff today:

Not sure if i'm reaching the right location or not, but i just had to leave feedback somewhere. (The site doesn't provide for this)

After a small debacle with B&H giving me the runaround on the H3DII-31 being back ordered, i decided to call the Redmond office and speak to someone there. I was in contact with Brandi. She was extremely courteous, understood my dilemma in needing a body ASAP, and got in contact with another person (didn't get her name), and they both took care of this with the utmost priority. While i had my expectations very high for dealing with a company that holds the status of 'Hasselblad', i was truly impressed to find the body at my studio first thing this morning. I mean - talk about exceeding expectations.

This is my first foray into Medium Format, now that Hasselblad has made pricing more attractive for the average professional. And i have to say, 'way to make a first impression'.  Keep up the good work! I'm already developing a love affair with the brand.
