Hot shoe flash connection/ HISTOMATION

Hi Does any one else use the Hasselblad hot shoe ?  

I have struggled with Metz and since the schism Hasselblad accessories are often not listed

I would love to be able to use my Canon portable flash gear in TTL mode it would make life so much easier I feel I am back in the days of Gaffa tape and elastic bands

Does anyone know of a Canon to Hblad adaptor and why must we have a Metz hot shoe configuration ?

At least we have a histogram on the back so I can use it in  HISTOMATION mode to determine flash exposure
