Phocus 2.0.1 unsigned driver?

Installed Phocus 2.0.1 on a Vista machine. The installation indicated that un unsigned driver was being installed. Don't remember that this would have been the case on 2.0? I get a bit nervous when something installs unsigned drivers, so I rejected the driver install. However Phocus itself - to my surprise - went on to be sucessfully installed or so it seems.

Anybody know exactly what the driver is? In any case I would appreciate if drivers where signed, but then that's just me..
