This is definitely a mental block on my part, but in Photoshop, the eyedropper (aka the neutralization tool in Phocus) shortcut is 'i', not 'n'.  For whatever reason, I CANNOT remember to use 'n'.  Is there any way to rename the shortcuts?  Or have a 'photoshop default list' where all the shortcuts are the same?  It's a small request, but it drives me mad...

Good point sir!
Seeing as "i" isn't allocated to anything else I would think it could be added so that "n" and "i" select the tool (though it probably breaks some programmer's rule).
