QR for Kirk L Bracket on H3

Hi everyone,

I've been looking around for a decent QR platform to work with the Kirk L bracket - one that either has a safety catch or at least is difficult to release accidentally. I've tried the Giottos ones, which, after you've de-capitated the spirit level and removed their safety catch will fit, but it's pretty easy to loosen the wrong knob when you think you're releasing the ball head. Kirk's platform doesn't have a catch and I've looked at various others but not found anything that seems to fit the bill.

So, interested to hear what everyone else is doing - either using the Kirk or any other L bracket (if any exist).

I use the RRS QR and QR tripod mount on a RRS ball head - works very well. Teh L bracket for the H series cameras provides a second handle for hand held use as well! -:)
