I wonder if anyone can help me.  I am having problems operating my HD3-II-39 tethered.  I have the latest version of Phocus (2.01), the latest firmware and both Phocus and the camera appear to be operating properly but won't talk to each other.  I am running Snow leopard on a Mac Pro. I have tried both computers (Macpro and Macpro laptop) different firewire cables and nothing works. Has anyone else had this kind of problem or am I looking at a return to Hasselblad?

Although I have not received any helpful replies - in fact I didn't receive any replies - there is no need to take this further.  Hasselblad's ever friendly service department are collecting the camera tomorrow for possible onward shipment to the factory.  It looks like a hardware problem with the firewire interface.  In the meantime I am breathing a sigh of relief that I took up the Hasselblad Camera Care plan because it was out of regular warranty and is now covered and most importantly they are sending me a loaner!!

Full marks to Hasselblad.
