Black lines on edge of processed files

Hi all,
Apologies if this has been brought up. (and did post in flexframe as well!)

When processing some files I get black line on edge of file (see attached file). Have tried restarting & re-processing not much joy.
Also when processing whole file (so no crop) and flick thorugh different files in Flex it gives different size (only by .1mm) which is odd, as far as I know chip size doesn't change from pic to pic??
