Title: X2D100c images and Phocus3.7.3
Post by: rxchaos on May 07, 2023, 04:04:45 AM
Would anyone know why in Phocus3.7.3 (possible earlier versions too) the Recovery, ShadowFill, Clarity and Detail sliders are grayed out for images captured with an X2D100c.  This happens regardless of the lens I use on the X2D (XCD30, XCD38v). Are these functions not supported on images captured with an X2D.  My X2D has the most recent firmware (v1.1.0) and I'm running Phocus on a Mac with OS Ventura 13.3.1

Thanks.

Are you sure you didn't capture Jpeg instead of RAW??

All images are captured in RAW format and exported at 16bit TIFF.
Are you able to use the Recovery, ShadowFill, Clarity & Detail sliders on images captured with an X2D?

Phocus is only be able to apply those things you want to RAW files straight out of the camera / not exported files including Tiff 16.

You're absolutely right.  I inadvertently exported the 3fr files at TIF rather than fff.  After reading your message I realized that.  I now exported them as fff files and Recovery, ShadowFill, Clarity & Detail sliders work as they should. Thank you.
