Title: Phocus 3.8.5 import problem with X2D and Mac?
Post by: New_Perennialist on May 12, 2025, 01:46:46 AM
For reasons unknown, I cannot import files from my X2D to my Mac via Phocus. So basic!

When I connect the camera, Phocus recognizes the camera and the SSD but when I click the DCIM > 138HASBL folder, no files are visible and most of the toolbar is greyed out (see screen shot).

Normally, zero problems with this. I had my sensor cleaned by a tech at my camera shop last week and perhaps they changed some setting? Like the folder name 138HASBL does not seem familiar? Any insights are extremely welcome, as this is beyond frustrating.

I plan to contact Hass support tomorrow. BTW: I can see the files using Lightroom but I always use Phocus first to upload the native files.

Well, that's odd! I posted the above query and for some reason, Phocus now recognizes the files. And I did nothing to alter it.

I will delete this post if possible and thanks.
