Title: Sluggish "+" button on H3DII 39 Back
Post by: paulthai on June 18, 2010, 08:57:51 AM
I owned a H3DII 39 Back since August 2009. Recently I notice that the "+" button on the back unit is not as sensitive as before.  If I press that button with normal pressure, it will not engage.  I have to press down really hard to get the button engaged.
I wonder anyone experience this before.  Is this a norm for Hasselblad back or is this a defect?
Hasselblad has issued  the RMA for me to return that unit for repair; since it is still working although it required more pressure to push, so I am hesitating  to send it back if this is just a normal phenomenon and is not a defect.

One of the buttons on my H3D was like that. It was just a feature that I learned to live with.
