Title: Phocus PC no thumbnails
Post by: Ray on June 04, 2010, 11:16:11 PM

Hi all,

I have just installed Phocus 2.0.1 on my PC and am unable to access any images by browsing, also some menu commands such as capture, import, modify and delete are greyed out.

The FAQ site refers to the "show image type" settings in the thumbnail window but that appears to apply to Mac users.

What am I missing?

Any suggestions?

Thanks, Ray

Can you show a screenshot?

I am also using Phocus on PC, so far no major problems...just some niggling ones.

Hi,

Thanks for your interest.

Here is a screenshot showing the greyed out menu icons and no thumbnails in the lower panel, even though I have a file selected in the left browser panel.

Ray.

Hi Ray, the window says that there are no images in the folder. Bearing in mind Phocus (for PC) will only show 3F or 3FR images can you confirm that there are Haselblad 3F or 3FR images in that folder?

Hi grandguru,

Does the PC version only work with 3FR ?

That's where I am going wrong! I am trying to open other raw files namely Canon and Panasonic.

Thanks for your help, maybe time to get a Mac  :)

Ray.
