What about the GPS module? Is it included in the field kit?

Received my X1D Field kit this date.
The contents included the GPS module. (Cut out for it under the 45mm lens)
I could not find the USB stick in the Pelican Case, but I already had the user manual.
Contents included a certificate with lens serial number for each lens, and a Booklet with the camera body serial number.
Offer of 12 additional warranty months if kit is registered within three months of purchase (two years total).
