Title: H5D-50c
Post by: TimH on April 02, 2014, 01:41:32 PM
I am about to take delivery of a new H5D-50c.  I am getting a credit for about half the cost by trading in my H4D-60.   I have been extremely pleased with the performance, IQ, and reliability of the H4D-60, and Lord knows the images are incredible at the sizes I typically print--large.  The main reason for the switch is to improve my high-ISO/low-light capacity.  I do a lot of low-light night photography.  Does anyone think I'm making a mistake?  I probably won't back out in any case, but I'm looking for reassurance.
Thanks.

Go for it - you're getting it for the right reasons and that's what is going to matter 1 year down the line; so rest up and enjoy! 8)

Has anyone seen a manual that specifically covers this camera? The regular H5D manual does not mention the 50C.
