hi guys, can anyone tell me if the D-Flash 40 works on a Hasselblad h1? Not sure if it matters, but I shoot film. Any clues would be appreciate it. thanks.
Hi Cherry Wood 8)
It may be worth while, just checking the "on-firing" contact voltage of the D-Flash 40 unit with a multimeter first ... Seriously!!
As, you may find, that it may be too high, for using with a digital camera, recall that our Hasselblad digital system is limited to a flash-contact of 24V 100mA.
There are such things as these ...

which, may prove to be rather useful and save anyone from "frying" their beloved digital-system.

The D-Flash 40 was dedicated to the 500 / 200 series cameras with a 6 pin connector.
It will not work with the H system.
Thats a relief then 8)
You wont be possibly frying anything H system soon then!
Just some info for reference!
