I don't use very frequently ACR's AI denoise, as I find it not very efficient on my noisy files. But this could be related with the fact that this function needs the M1 neural engine of my Mac, and doesn't work at its best as I am still with Ventura.
I use the LR manual noise reduction either (colour cursor at about 30 to 50, luminance about the same). But for vey noisy files (ISO higher than 6400), my choice is Topaz Labs softwares (AI Photo or AI Denoise).
I don't use Phocus that much, only for a few files where I suspect it could give me better results.

I was in New Zealand for a month, not anticipating any component of astrophotography, and got caught with my proverbial pants down when the Aurora Australis hit on May 11th--I had the HBD X2D but no HBD super wide angle lenses. I made due with a Leica 24mm f/1.4 Summilux-M ASPH using the Novoflex adapter, which was far from perfect but workable enough. So here's the meat of the matter: post-processing the noisier higher ISO files (1600-3200.) Now that Adobe Camera Raw recognizes HBD's fff files, I have two workflow options that I can discern:
1) I can open the fff files directly in ACR and use ACR's AI denoise function with pretty decent results, then open in PS for further post-processing. OR...
2) I use Phocus' denoise adjustment (set at 5) on the fff file then export from Phocus as a 16 bit TIFF (Hasselblad RGB) into ACR/PS. (One cannot use the ACR AI Denoise function on TIFF files so denoising in PS with whatever plug-in one prefers. I tried Imagenomic and it was terrible compared to ACR's Denoising technology.)

With the above 2 options, I used the "Camera Standard" profile in ACR, and workflow #1 was far superior with the least amount of denoising artifact while maintaining incredible detail and color in the Milky Way and Aurora.

QUESTION NEEDING ANSWER: I am wondering if anyone has any additional workflows they would recommend??

Who indicated this where, please?

Nice UI updates.

In the export area, 4 file types are supported - JPG(Full)/JPG(Medium)/TIFF/3FR RAW - presumably files exports on any of these 4 file types will retain HNCS?

I would like to state that this is just an interim firmware to enable new features of the new version of Phocus Mobile 2.

Phocus Mobile 2 update:

Unfortunately, the original file name is lost during 3FR export since the last app-update. It worked fine in the last version.

Still no facial recognition when tethered to Phocus Mobile 2 (version 2) or to Phocus on the computer or disabling exposure simulation with low light or higher shutter speeds. They had indicated last year that this would be addressed soon. Not!
