Title: Lens Shade Usage for 90mm lens
Post by: warnica on June 03, 2017, 07:53:17 PM
The lens shade seems to be so large that it fairly consistently blurs the corners of the images. Anyone have similar issues?
Workaround ideas?
Many thanks

Try the shade from the 45mm

I've not encountered that problem with my 90 lens. However, Cliff has a valid suggestion by using the 45mm lens hood.

All that said, I'm curious about your circumstances?? You state that the hood "blurs" the corners of your images. Do you mean "vignette" instead? A lens hood can certainly darken/vignette image corners if it is too long or too narrow. But if your image corners are actually being "blurred," that's another problem altogether.
