Buy and Sell / warning: think carefully about...

I purchased a Flexbody said to be in great condition from John Nopper on this site. The package was to include correction screens and focusing screen adapter.
After paying in advance (my fault), I received a Flexbody that needs $475 repair (according to Steve's Camera Service in Culver City, a Hasselblad specialist), a focusing screen adapter for an SWC camera (not for the Flexbody) and no correction screens. He has refused to answer multiple emails.
John has other items for sale on this site (100mm, 250SA, CFV 50 digital back) so if you buy, I would pay after you see the item! So much for trusting people.

Interested in the Hasselblad XCD 21mm. Is the lens still available?

Sorry for the confusion. In my previous post I was talking about "focus on infinity". This is supported by all the lenses I mentioned.

Focus on infinity can be done in several ways
  • Manually, by using the focus ring (rather unreliable)
  • Assigning a button, see manual how to do that
  • Press on infinity for more than 1 second on live view screen (activate focus on display)

In most cases, I'm using the button solution, I created and saved a profile to save time.

You are good ! No more Gas (Gear Acquisition Symptomes ;))

To choose a focal length for architecture my rule is :
"as short as necessary, as long as possible"

Have fun !!!

Quote from: gammax500 on May 14, 2024, 01:39:36 AMHello, I just upgraded to Phocus 3.8.1 for Mac.  I moved my 3fr files from the CF card to a folder on my desktop, and tried to import from there.  None of the 3fr files import - and each shows the message "Errors occur(r)ed!" with no other explanation.  Does anyone have an idea of what may be going on?  Phocus 3.8.0 worked on but not 3.8.1.

I just proceed as you are doing (moving the content of my SD card to a folder on my desktop, then importing the .3FR files), and I don't have any issue with Phocus 3.8.1. for Mac.

I was still on 3.7.6 so I selected a couple of 3FR files and they imported ok, as expected.

I then updated to 3.8.1 and repeated the operation. No issues.
iMac 2017, os Ventura 13.6,6

I also just took some images with the 25v and they too imported correctly.

I never loaded 3.8.0

Try loading the previous version 3.7.6 ... check it works, then load v3.8.1 skipping 3.8.0
