Hi!
I have a CFV-50c for my 500c/m since spring 2016 and wonder if I can use my old Metz CT45 1 with it, without destroy any electrical circuit in the CFV. Haven´t dare to try it out if I´m not 100% sure.
What i know I have to connect the sync cable between the lens and the Flash.
I´m greatful if any could advise me. / Leif
Ps. Just searched the net and found that Serial Number lower than 534 000 have high voltage output susch as 600V and should never be connected to a digital Camera.
I checked my number and that was 571 490, so that should be safe ( I think)and have between 3,4 to 24 volt output Ds / Leif
