Title: Phocus 3.7.5 - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050
Post by: stereorob on September 04, 2023, 03:20:54 PM
Hello!  Having issues with Phocus 3.7.5 connecting NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 GPU and 100% zoom is resulting in large black blocks.
Using new Lenovo  IdeaPad Pro 5 16" Intel i7.
Is it possible that a forthcoming version of Phocus will address this issue?

Thanks!

Sometimes, uncheck "Extended GPU usage" in the settings can help.

I see.  Unfortunately, that has already been unchecked by the software and there is a question mark beside that.  I cannot actually check the box at all.

Am using Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 & could zoom 100% with or without ticking the Extended GPU usage.

May want to update the GeForce firmware or test different firmware versions to determine it could gel with Phocus 3.7.5. Hope this helps.

nVidia very often updates pilots without notice.

Please go to their homepage and load the last version for your card

I do it it several times each year !
