I wish there was a way, and if there is please let me know, to be able to completely shut the back display off. Everything I need is in the view finder. I find it would be beneficial in conserving battery power, as well for use at night, and in discrete situations.
I would also like an apochromatic 300mm, compact please, like a Voigtlander Lanther.
You can select in "Power and Timeouts Menu" > "Select Display Off Settings" 3 s. So the back display will shut to black very quickly.
