Title: Phocus Export Menu and Colour Spaces - Adobe RGB
Post by: DenisM on March 01, 2024, 09:49:19 PM
Windows 10 x64, Phocus v3.7.5

I want to export TIFFs in Adobe RGB.

I open the Output Presets menu and click + to create a new Export output preset.

I choose TIFF-16/300/Full Size/

My problem is that in Output Profile (with Show all profiles checked) the only RGB space visible in the drop down list is sRGB.

Where is Adobe RGB?

Thanks.

Hi,

You have in Phocus an embedded Hasselblad "TIFF-16" preset which is TIFF 16 BITS / Full Size / Adobe RGB. And you can open all your colour spaces by clicking "Show all profiles".
It works perfectly with me, but I am Mac OS.....

Just wondering why you'd use Adobe RGB.

Thanks.

Adobe RGB not in the drop down list.

I copied it from CaptureOne program files and pasted it into Phocus program files. There now. But, very odd it wasn't along with ProPhoto etc.

As to why ARGB? Client wants it.

Thanks.

the color space profile has not to be in the Phocus folder, but in the windows profiles folder.
Simply clic with the right mouse key on the profile file and choose install.
