Title: h5d-50 with recent phocus problems
Post by: Elmardam on October 06, 2017, 09:45:59 AM
HI,

Got some strange issues with my h5d when shooting tethered with phocus. after two or three actuations phocus stops responding. and the great rainbow ball shows up until i restart my macbookpro.
When i shoot tethered with the h4d i dont experience this issue.

Any thoughts on this?

Tried an other computer? Maybe one with a real fw port. Maybe it is your Mac and not your camera. In my experience the thunderbolt to fw cable is causing a lot of problems. On my 2010 iMac everything works stable.  But on my mbp I have a lot of problems.
