Yesterday I got aa message from "Maxcast"hasselbladdigitalforum.com  telling me that Dave Cotten has a HC grip for sale. It reads:

I started to deal with Dave and "his son" randymorehead3@gmail.com"   Sent money. My bank calls and says these folks are flagged for not being nice. I'm getting my $ back. Careful!

and is Maxcast a member? If so have they had there access here compromised?

Maxcast is indeed a member and posted once in November 23. I am keeping an eye on their account.

Only yesterday I posted on here looking for a 21mm and this morning 'Maxcast' is telling me his friend 'Dave' miraculously has one available at a fair price... sure...

As far as I'm aware, this is the second attempt from the account at scamming site users, so over to you site admin...

Maxcast has a very convincing profile (I check every new one) but they have not responded to PMs from me asking for clarification and given the similarity with their other attempt to recommend a random seller, they are now banned. Thanks for flagging this.
