Title: H6D-100c / Video / Power supply solutions
Post by: hassel_adrian on November 14, 2018, 05:57:41 AM
Hey Folks,

Due to the fact that the batteries drain like crazy, when recording video I was wondering if you have experience and knowledge to share?

My basic question:
Do you know, if the external power socket is also good to fully power the whole camera (incl. the body) continuously and therefor also for video (or fixed camera studio work)?

(The manual just covers the example for separate use of the digi back, but doesn't mention anything about other options.)

Same question will go to Hasselblad directly, but lately I somehow doubt that to get qualified and fully true answers from them.

Cheers
Adrian

Hi Adrian,

Yes, you can use an external power bank to supply power to everything. You just need to ask Hasselblad to send you the free cable.
