BTW, has anyone used DXO Photolab 8? And if yes, what is your experience?

I export as TIFF always.

I export in 16 bit TIFF uncompressed in Hasselblad RGB color space and keep this format in Affinity Photo final processing.

I won't recommend DNG's, as Lightroom and Capture One don't open HB files converted into DNG satisfactorily, especially when colours are concerned. TIFF is recommended.

What are the recommended Import and Export settings to retain HB colors for edits in other programs?

If you want to preserve in all cases HB colors:
Import in Phocus, edit the file, at least for white balance, and as far as you like, in Phocus.
Then export as 16 bits TIFF after having chosen Hasselblad RGB or Hasselblad L* RGB in the Reproduction tool, as told by JCM-Photos in his post.
