Hot pixel issue in files to Lightroom

I am not sure if this has been addressed here yet. I would like to use the generated .fff files in Lightroom for an easier workflow etc... However, the hot pixels that are not fixed in-camera and are corrected in Phocus as .fff files are not corrected if you send those files to Lightroom. Is there a setting I am missing when generating the .fff files?
