Hello I've had the camera for about a year, new to Hasselblad, everything has been going well. Suddenly today, both the connection to my laptop and Phocus stopped and also the Rear LCD is black. Both gone. I've tried restarts/resets of camera and computer, swapped batteries. Nothing is working. The camera still shoots and syncs with the flash, but no way to focus, it's pretty much useless. It was working one moment and gone the next.

Anyone have any ideas?

Sounds like a trip to the Hasselblad workshop for your camera...unfortunately.

I got the fix from a Hasselblad Technician Anthony McCall:

1. Disconnect battery.
2. Press and hold the format button while inserting the battery, now the camera should spring back to life.
3. Now the camera needs to be reset, so press the factory reset button  or firmware update retry and wait for it to finish running.
4. Check firmware and update to latest if needed.

Very much appreciated! :)
