Ok so I have just upgraded to DXO PL 5 from PL3  as it now supports X1D II and as I found out now a number of the XCD lenses - but not all, still missing the 45P and 135/1.7 - hmmm I like PL in conjunction with Phocus though not this way, but I also don't like having to learn a new software  so, for now, I will just see how to best work around the missing profiles while learning more about other software in case DXO is not making it a 'complete' set-up.

I found that DxO PhotoLab 5 will open an X1Dii .3FR file but not a .fff file. You would need to keep the larger .3FR file if you might ever want to revisit your raw development of an image. Meanwhile, you would need to keep the .fff file if you also try development in Phocus and want to keep a record of the settings used and revised your Phocus development of an image.
