H5D starting up error

H5D starting up error, starting up takes long time,
"H" logo constantly pops up on the back screen, and can't fire a shot, when you try to do the small lcd screen on the top displays the following message "starting up"anybody knows this problem?
how to fix this?

Did you try with another card in the back ? Is your card almost full ?

I was been told to remove digital back and start the comedy body without it and to connect the back with the firewire to the computer and then it worked and both pieces are now working again.
