Recommendations WTB Portrait Lens for X1D. HC, etc

I know the Hassy HC lenses work well with the X1D using the Mechanical shutter( or ) the Electronic shutter.  I am looking to get 55 or 80mm 2,8 lens . I am looking for one that can Manually focus easily, Excellent IQ and Not Break the ban  Can this one be used as well?  Not the Blue Ring.Schneider Kreuznach

  I dont want to buy the XCD 80( too costly ).   I was also Thinking about the XCD 65mm

an excellent portrait lens is the XCD90, also relatively compact and lightweigt

Personal preference only, so others may disagree.  Just my personal take.
For full length body shots, you might like the 65.  Otherwise, I'd suggest something longer.

  I was going to get the 65 but instead I purchased the XCD 90. Waiting for it to arrive this week.  Looking forward to using it

The XCD 90 has the most pronounced octogonal full aperture bokeh balls from all XCD lenses

If you want round bokeh balls you have to set it in the camera configuration menu
