H3D Bricked?

After some shot in my garden the camera is displaying multiple of error messages and also no power to the back. I charged the battery fully,refreshed etc but no joy.
After removing,back,lens and finder,battery  and re attached hasnt done anything. Now another issue which is aux shutter remains open with mirror up!
Please advise me if there are any possible remedies.
If in worst case scenario my H3D is useless, will any H3D body work with my back wichis is 39mp? ie H3D 22 etc.

Thank you Charles, I just contacted him and explained all. One or to things he advised to perform but didnt work so I will be packing it up to send to him. He seemed very helpful.
