39-ms mirror-up problems

We are having problems with multishot, where the flash is continuously firing as soon as the mirror goes up. Nearly at the end of a major shoot and it's a disaster!
All has been well for two days.

Anybody experienced this and has a solution? HD3-11 39MS shooting to Phocus on MacBook Pro.

I'm pretty sure I experienced this once. If memory serves (it was a long time ago) it was an issue with the sync socket. Are you using leads or wizards? I would switch between hotshoe and sync socket and see if that resolves the problem. You could even try turning the (otherwise useless) pop up flash on (flagging it from the scene if necessary) and letting it fire the flashes via slaves..
