Is it hit and miss with V mount lenses when using digital back. I just added a 500CM body as I already have some CF lenses. The back is P30.
Any suggestion for focusing screen. Its a split image range finder in the body.
Any tricks and tips. :)   Thanks.

Since I don't know, how experienced you are, here some basic hints:
1. Use an acute matte screen. (This is a must!)
2. Let your CM-body check, whether the mirror is calibrated correctly. This is the most probable reason for systematic de-focusing. (You can check this in a controlled test-environment yourself: When focus is (with all your lenses) always in front (or always behind), a wrong mirror calibration is the probable cause.
3. Do you need diopters to see the picture in the viewfinder really sharp?

I had never problems to reach perfect focus with a CFV-50c back.

Best regards and good luck!
