We are testing the GPS unit for the Hasselblad. Our end use is to have a client click on a photo and have google earth take them there. So far it seems the GPS works in Phocus software with a connection to Google Earth. Of course our clients don't have Phocus, is there anyway for them to access the location on Google Earth to see where the photo was taken.

Thanks

I presume the GPS co=ordinates are in the meta data and you could therefore cut/paste them into Google earth?

If when the Phocus-Google E takes you to a location you could create a KMZ file pinpointing the Google E location and use this as a hyperlink
just an untried idea 'as I am in the field' on a flakey 3G connection

I just tried uploading an example but it won't let me upload a KMZ. Google Earth has changed but what happens now is that I go to GE from Phocus and then save a KMZ. The KMZ now contains a JPG of the image as well as the location. If I launch GE from the KMZ it takes me to the location and shows the image. In earlier versions, there was no image, just the location.
