X1D 4116 - Types - diffrent models?

Hi, are there two different models of the 4116 because i see some with those types 4116  others without - just with the Hasselblad H.

Only the one model.  Different kits, though.  I got mine with the 45mm, but I believe it is also sold as a field kit with three lenses and a Pelican case.  Same body either way.  It's just a black anodized version of the regular X1D.  For a pretty hefty price premium.
