Phocus Export under Win 10 works sporadic

Hello,

has somebody similar issues. I try to export pictures out of Phocus, but mostly nothing happen.
Fast Preview works, but if i try psd 16 Bit, ProPhotoRGB doesn´t work
At the task manger,  Phocus only need between 0..2,8% processor recourse.
In the past, everything works fine with Phocus 3.3.2
An update to Phocus 3.3.4 doen´t  help.

Strange, has someone of you similar issues?
System I5 2500k; 16GB RAM
Win 10
