Has anyone connected a Flextight x5 to a mac mini? Does it work alright?

I'm looking to buy a mac mini to connect my Flextight x5 to. I currently use an imac (late 2012) and a macbookpro (late 2013) to connect it to, with no issues.
I have a Eizo CG277 to use as a screen with the mac mini.
Has anyone else used a similar setup? And if so have you had any issues with the software or connection?

The current mac mini will probably out perform you 2012 iMac so i'd say it will work just fine.
