Control dials problem, second take

My control dials had the issue of being jumpy / jittery and I had them fixed around June. Now they are having a new issue. They are stiff and very hard to turn in one direction, while turning the other direction is fine. The rear dial is stiff when turning right; the front dial is stiff when turning left. Does anyone have similar issue?

Yes i do, with both actually. However, if you keep turning them they do loosen up a bit.

I have had the exact same experience as alkaabi.  It does improve with use.
