H to X1D Autofocus

I would like to purchase an X1D to augment my H6D-100C outfit with several lenses but still awaiting the software for the X1D that allows autofocus with the adapter.  I may well just purchase a Leica S body which can indeed autofocus with the H lenses.

Seems very strange!
