I've never been there. Do you have the address?
Are they actually selling Hasselblad equipment? Or it is only a showroom.
Are they also managing after sales services (Warranty repair ...)

They have indeed 2.8/65mm lens (it is not always there, probably some photographers take it out) and we scheduled an hour for November while in NYC

They have the new lenses there. You have to have an appointment to see them.

Not so easy.
Even though I had an appointment and thought the lens are reserved, that literally means nothing.
Both 65mm and 80mm are constantly taken out of studio, and even out of country.
If I lived in proximity to the gallery, but we visit NYC once a year maybe..
