H6D Extra Mirror Delay

Hi Folks

Quick newbie type question. What is the advantage in adding an extra mirror delay (25ms, 50ms, 100ms or 200ms) when hand held taking a portrait? or is the default 'none" setting best?

Mirror delay prevents vibration caused by mirror slap. 50ms delay works best for me. Eliminating vibration caused by mirror slap allows you to shoot at a slower shutter speed.

When working on the tripod, you eliminate the vibration caused by mirror slap by first raising the mirror, waiting a couple of seconds and then triggering the shutter.

I'm not gonna say who suggested Hasselblad introduce the feature...

I find 50ms barely noticeable, I would test and set the longest time that doesn't interfere with your shooting style.
