Phocus 3.1.4 not working

Hello,

Just updated to Phocus 3.1.4 and I can see the thumbnails but can't open the files.  Previous verison 3.1.3 works perfectly.
Mac 10.10.5

 I get the same result.  I reverted back to 3.1.3 also.

I have 3.1.4. on Win 10 Computer and on Mac Mini (OS 10.12.2). Works both fine

I think I found the problem. 
I am running 10.10.5 with the same problem.
After installing on a machine with 10.12.1 it works fine.
Time to update my workstation.

Thanks for your help.  I was afraid it might me an OS problem.  My machine is too old to run Sierra.  Apple is promising an update to the desktop Mac Pro sometime this year.  It's been almost 4yrs. I hope the rumors are true!
