Looks GFX is better than X1D in the comparing review?  I think the major problem in the review is the bokeh problem(looks stop down). I think the comparison between f3.2 and f1.2 is not right. But "looks" between EFV and real image is the real problem?

Have to say some people's idea what makes for good ergonomics has me shaking my head.  I guess if lots of bulk and buttons and menu choices makes for a better design?  I have total opposite opinion.  My preference is to have less so can concentrate on taking photos and not having to fiddle so much.

How is thinking the bokeh problem? That he said looks stop down when taking the portrait?

You have to remember that a number of those reviewing the GFX are regular users of Fuji X series cameras or various Japanese DSLRs. If that's your baseline as to how a camera should be configured and what the UI of a camera should look like, you will be comfortable with the GFX. The GFX is a Fuji XT-2 on steroids. While it is in some ways targeted to professional photographers, it is riddled with amateurish options for configuring the JPEGs output by the camera.  A camera like the X1D that has a very streamlined UI, few buttons, and few options in the menu system will feel incomplete. The very essence of the design philosophy behind the X1D that makes one photographer love it turns off another photographer.

The FB group has pointed out some interesting difference in image quality when comparing X1D and Fuji: https://goo.gl/hCyyA3

Look to the difference for details in the corners, sponge, fine details in playcards, etc. And that's with the 90mm, wait until you see the 120mm macro !!

I had to see for myself, so I bought both systems, GFX and XD1. What I found out is that it's "Horses for Courses." These are two quite different systems. The GFX was like a continuation of my Nikon D810, only not any better, not even as good IMO. The Hasselblad X1D was a new and, IMO, better system. With the GFX, the lenses made for that camera were not highly corrected, not well enough for my work. Plus the Fotodiox Nikon Adapter proved that non-Fuji lenses did not look good on the GFX, again: in my opinion.

On the other hand, the X1D lenses were very good. I got from the X1D what I was looking for in sharpness, correction and (especially) color representation. I have written a lot about close-up photography for those interested. Here are some links.

I returned the GFX system and kept the Hasselblad X1D.
