Saving settings as a Preset for use in another folder of images...possible?

I have captured numerous files under identical conditions.

I have can I save the settings of a "master" file in one folder of images, and then apply those settings to files in another folder?

Yes. In the "Adjustments Browser" tool click on the "user"tab then click the "+" sign to create a new adjustment based on the current image. Then inane other folder you'll be able to load that adjustment.
