Processing TIFFS with LZW compression?

Hi All,

Now that we are delivering our files over the internet, we have been saving out of Photoshop as TIFF's with LZW compression.


This saves 60% of the file size if shooting on plain backgrounds (as we do).

Is there any way to get Phocus to save out Tiff files with LZW compression??

Maybe I'm missing something, but I have been asking for this for some time.

Hi Micheal,

Please note, there has been for a long time now issues with LR reading and Handling LZW in 16bit size.  Good thing you are using PS.

Dont want to teach you something you already know but....a 12Q jpg is Identical to an 8bit tiff. Admittedly you cant have a 16bit jpg....but its a sort of solution.
